The balance of the accommodation cost (and the Refundable Security Deposit) needs to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If a booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date then full payment of the accommodation costs (and the Refundable Security Deposit) is required.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
RIGHT TO REVOKE OR REFUSE BOOKINGS
The Bonny Hills Beach House reserves the right to revoke or refuse to honour any holiday accommodation booking, at any time before or during the holiday rental period, which may in their opinion (and at their sole discretion) be unsuitable for the property.
We do not accept bookings for ‘Schoolies’, ‘Leavers’ or parties associated with this period.
The Bonny Hills Beach House reserves the right to revoke bookings. All funds received will be fully refunded in any event of cancellation.
The rental contract is between the Guest and the Bonny Hills Beach House and is subject to the terms and conditions herein.

The Bonny Hills Beach House has taken due care to verify all information provided on bonnyhillsbeachhouse.com.au , however it accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misrepresentation contained within this website.
The Bonny Hills Beach House does not accept responsibility for any changes in price variations. All services and prices are subject to change without notice.
The Bonny Hills Beach House is let to you for holiday purposes ONLY. NO weddings, parties, or large gatherings can be held within the Bonny Hills Beach House. The number of people occupying the premises must not exceed the number of people that were initially booked.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Once the Deposit is paid – it is non-refundable unless the Bonny Hills Beach House is able to re-book the property during the period for which the Deposit was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the Deposit will be refunded less a $100 Administration Fee.
2. For cancellations, made in writing up to 6 weeks prior to the arrival date – the Bonny Hills Beach House will make every effort to re-book the property and the Deposit will be refunded subject to the conditions noted in section (1).
3. For cancellations, made in writing, between 3-6 weeks prior to the arrival date – the Deposit will be non-refundable. The Bonny Hills Beach House will make every effort to re-book the property and, if successful, will refund the balance of the Holiday Rental costs. If the Bonny Hills Beach House are unable to re-book the property, no refund will be given.
4. For cancellations, made in writing, less than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date – the Deposit will be non-refundable. The Bonny Hills Beach House will make every effort to re-book the property and, if successful, will refund 70% of the balance of the Holiday Rental costs. If the Bonny Hills Beach House are unable to re-book the property, no refund will be given.
5. Any Refundable Security Deposits paid will be refunded in any event of cancellation.
In the unlikely event that a Booking must be cancelled by the Bonny Hills Beach House, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a 12 month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
The Bonny Hills Beach House strongly advise the Guest to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
The Guest is responsible for the house and contents for the duration of their stay and apart from reasonable standard cleaning requirements the property must be left in the same condition as they were at check in.
A $500 Refundable Security Deposit will be required to be paid with the final booking balance. The Security Deposit will be refundable in the event of cancellation or upon return of the Bonny Hills Beach House, keys and alarm FOB in a satisfactory condition.
Damage to the Bonny Hills Beach House will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
Security Deposit refunds that are not subject to deductions will be made within 2 business days to the Guest’s nominated bank account.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
The check in time is 4.00pm and departure time is 9.30am unless otherwise arranged. Special arrangements can be made for early check-in and late check- outs, subject to availability.
The Bonny Hills Beach House can be occupied by the 6 persons at the published rates. A further 2 guests (total 8) can be accommodated by evening conversion (by the Guest) of the Futon in the loungeroom to a double bed at night.
Further linen will be provided for the Futon and an additional fee applied.
The Bonny Hills Beach House reserves the right to refuse occupancy of the property if this condition is not observed.
It is requested that the house, including the BBQ, is left in a clean and tidy condition, a basic holiday clean is included in the rental price and will be carried out once the property has been vacated. Fresh linen is supplied to the house and all beds are made, this includes bathroom and kitchen towels (does not include beach towels).
PETS & NO SMOKING POLICY
Sorry, we are unable to accommodate your pets. There is no smoking permitted inside the Bonny Hills Beach House.
If evidence of smoking or pets are detected after a guests stay, compensation will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
GUESTS OBLIGATIONS IN RESPECT TO THE PROPERTY
The Guest shall be responsible for the Bonny Hills Beach House during their stay.
The Guest shall take reasonable care of the Bonny Hills Beach House and shall leave the Property, including all utensils, fixtures, fittings and equipment on, in or about the Bonny Hills Beach House in a clean and tidy condition, at the end of the stay.
The Guest shall be liable for any breakages or damage caused to the Bonny Hills Beach House or any part thereof or any of the chattels therein that may occur during the Guest’s occupation of the Bonny Hills Beach House and all costs of repair and replacement thereof shall be payable from the Guests Security Deposit at the end of the stay.
Any damage or breakage to any part of the Bonny Hills Beach House or any of the chattels therein shall be reported to Bonny Hills Beach House as soon as practicable after the damage occurring thereto.
